Terms of use
What this service is, and what it doesn't promise.
Effective October 27, 2026. Using this site or phoning its number counts as accepting what follows.
About the service
Longview TX Tree Removal connects Longview-area property owners with tree contractors who work for themselves, not for this site. The site isn't a tree service: it has no climbers, saws, grinders or trucks, and whatever you agree with a contractor binds only you and them. Descriptions of tree work on these pages explain how such jobs generally go; they aren't accounts of jobs this site did.
What we can't promise
Whether a contractor is available, what they charge, when they show up, how well the work turns out, and what insurance, credentials or warranty they have are all outside our control. Before anyone starts, get proof of insurance and put the price, the cleanup and the stump in writing.
About the information
Dollar figures are ranges others have published, cited where they appear, and none of them is a quote. The notes on Longview, SWEPCO and Texas rules are a general guide, not legal or arborist advice, and may lag behind changes.
Liability
Within the limits Texas law sets, this site isn't responsible for losses that come from browsing it, from being referred, or from a contractor's work, delays or no-shows.
Which law applies
The laws of Texas.
